			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Have ever wondered why your muscles stopped growing after a few months of training even though you are training very hard? Keep reading if you want to know why your muscles stopped growing and how to make them grow again.</p>
<p>You could be training too hard. Every time when you train your muscles intensely, you are actually breaking down your muscles. You&#8217;ve damaged your muscles and they need to recover. So train each muscle group only once or at most twice a week.   You could also be training too long. Keep your workout intense but do not workout more than an hour each time. If you&#8217;ve had intensive training for 45 minutes, then your cortisol level will increase. This hormone is known to destroy muscle cells.</p>
<p>You are sleeping too little. Getting enough sleep is important if you want to have good muscle growth. When you sleep, your muscles grow. Try to sleep at least 8 hours a day so your muscles will grow quickly.</p>
<p>Are you abusing alcohol? Alcohol is known to break down muscle mass plus many other body destruction ability.</p>
<p>You&#8217;re not changing your workout routine. You must change your workout routine every 6-8 weeks. If not, then your muscles will stop growing because they adapt to your routine.</p>
<p>You do not progressively overload your muscles. Increasing your reps and weight is important whenever you next train on a particular muscle group. Otherwise, there is no reason for your muscles to grow.</p>
<p>You do not eat sufficient protein. Eating more protein is a must if bigger muscles is what you want to build. Protein is the building block for your muscles. One gram of protein per pound of your body weight equivalent is what you&#8217;re recommended to have. If not enough protein is consumed with your normal diet, do supplement with protein shakes.</p>
<p>These are some of the reasons why your muscles are no longer growing training hard. There are also a lot of ways to grow muscles but these are sufficient for average body building beginners.</p>

<p>So, The ingridients that I have added in this green juice are kale, cucumber, carrots, apples, little bit of lemon and some ginger  . Now this is a very good resource of great nutrients but also it is very good in protein, really high source of iron, kale putting whole scale of kale in this . So it does take a little time, it take about 20 minutes to make this juice, but this is something I drink in whole day . This is a good option, green juice is great and green smoothies, right, you want to flow in lot times, you like to flow in, lot of time I like to work out to flow in first all make a smoothie with kale, spinach, may be some core that we have not talk about it before, a banana, an apple, squeeze of lime juice.</p>
<p> Are you interested in only digest proteins and want to get a good source of carbohydrates and without the use of supplements in the similar manner that as of Nicola  . <p>Hemp seeds, that is another one of my favorites that shown in the previous videos as well and there are really uncomplicated things to add into in smoothie you have and between two you can add 2 to 3 tablespoons and already looking at the both, the 3<sup>rd</sup> of your day-after-day protein intake. So, pretty powerful stuff and you know we have got lot of greens in and now we can get a founder health with going to get lot of protein in and so how much you think about, I used to be more like you all there peanut butter and mayonnaise butters and thicker groovy sweet stuffs but now my body do not want that much. Don&#8217;t vigorously rub your skin dry after a shower or bath. Instead, path yourself dry. This will help with the skin condition. And be sure to moisturize your skin right after patting your skin dry. </p>
<p> Dry skin is a huge issue for someone with psoriasis. Dry skin gets quite itchy often. And itchy skin in turn can easily end up in another flare up of overall symptoms. To reiterate the point about bathing here &#8211; do not take too many showers or baths.&nbsp; </p>
<p> After a short bath or shower, the best way to lock in the moisture is to first pat dry excess water, but leave a little bit of water, and then apply a good skin cream or lotion right away.&nbsp; This will keep the skin from drying too fast. </p>
<p> Add olive oil, mineral oil, vegetable oil or another similar oil to the bath water. The addition of oils to the bath water will soothe the skin. It can also help combat inflammation. Epsom salt can also be added to the bath watter. It can help with symptomatic relief. It is also known to keep dry and patchy spots under control. </p>
